In Summer 2023 we introduce Sidney's Rainbow Runners which is designed to help inspire a love of running in all elementary school age children. The program will focus on fun, using games and active play to build strength, speed, and mobility in a way geared to younger athletes. Our goal is to teach athletes the fundamentals in an enjoyable low-key atmosphere, working as a team to make progress together.

Inspire a lifelong love of running in all kids. 
Prepare future runners and/or athletes in all sports.  
Focus on fun with fundamentals through games and active play. 
Build agility, mobility, speed, and strength.
Kids will make memories with their teammates during the program. 
Goal is to work as a team to help every athlete improve.  
Journey is about progress, not perfection, and having lots of smiles and laughs along the way.
