MVS Summer Coaching 2026

About this event

The MVS Summer Coaching program will run for 10 weeks starting Monday, June 8, 2026 and finish on Tuesday August 18, 2026.  There will be no sessions during Independence Day week (7/6-7/2026.)

The total cost for the options is either $150** for one weekly workout or $225** for two weekly workouts (track + Strength, Flexibility, and Balance for Runners).

One Workout Session Per Week:

  • Choose either a Track session (Tuesday) OR  "Strength, Mobility and Balance for Runners" Session on Mondays *. (Mixing and matching in permitted)
  • 10 weeks (10 sessions)
  • Fee= $150

Two Workout Sessions Per Week:

  • Participate at Indoor Track AND "Strength, Mobility and Balance for Runners" Sessions.
  • 10 weeks (20 sessions)
  • Fee = $225


Summer Strength
When: Mondays 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Schedule:  10 weeks, June 8 - August 17, 2026 (no class July 6)

Location: Irwin Fitness Center

Summer Track
When: Tuesdays 6:15 PM – 7:30 PM
Schedule: 10 weeks, June 9 - August 18, 2026 (no class July 7)

Location: Lower Shawsheen Track (off York and Balmoral Streets in Andover)
